Want to rebuild, reupholster, or completely redesign your motorcycle seat? Then you need the right core – and that’s exactly what our specialty foam is made for. This seat foam, in professional upholsterer quality, has been used for years in professional settings and is perfectly suited for DIY builds or refurbishing motorcycle seats of all types – whether Café Racer, Scrambler, Enduro, or Touring bike.

With a density of 140 kg/m³, the motorcycle seat foam offers the ideal balance of stability and comfort – even in thinner layers. You’ll sit comfortably without the foam compressing too quickly or bottoming out.

Easy & Precise Processing

The foam is easy to cut – best done with an electric bread knife. For fine shaping, we recommend using a belt sander. This way, you can achieve any shape – whether a slim racer look or an ergonomic comfort seat.

For gluing, our profile rubber adhesive works perfectly. You can join multiple foam pieces, refurbish old seat foam, or glue the foam core directly to your seat base.
