This flat black Straight muffler looks sililar to the stock Harley-Davidson® tapered exhaust. With its 6,3cm diameter it is more compact than the H-D type. The timeless design makes the Straight interesting for Harley-Davidson® vintage bike riders. The muffler got a 500°C treatment to make the dull matt black surface more resistant. 

The silencer is supplied with mounting rails and clamps. The total length is approx. 41 cm, the diameter approx. 6.3 cm.
The inner diameter is approx. 45 mm. The scope of delivery includes a 3-piece set of reducing sleeves with which the diameter can be reduced to 41, 38 and 36 mm.

The mufflers have no ECE-homologation, TÜV approval, or certificate.
The use is only allowed for competition-, racing- or veteran- (oldtimer) and collector bikes.

On the BMW R80 (built in the mid-80s) shown in the article pictures, these rear silencers were successfully registered in conjunction with an additional silencer insert. Of course, we cannot guarantee that it will work, but this gives you an idea of what is possible. You can find the rear silencer incl. insert in the shop under item number: 01-0035-Set.
