TIP: measure compression at normal operating temperature. Fully open throttle. Engine stop switch on OFF.
At least 10 times kick motorcycles with kick starter (E.g. SR and XT 500) until the display stop increasing.
With a tap of the button you can reset the display after use to zero.

Temporarily unmount on models with automatic decompression decompression train / shut down.
The compression pressure should vary depending on the type, between 9 and 11 kg / cm².
After the first measurement give some oil in the spark plug hole. Repeat the compression test. Now elevated levels
indicate worn piston/rings!

With Seitenauslöseventil – multiple testing without hose removal.
Incl. 3 adapter for 10/12/14 mm spark plug thread. The adapter hoses can be by means of quick-release locks
switch. Replacement O-rings and a replacement valve are also included.

Connection: for all engines with spark plugs 10, 20, or 14mm spark plugs.

GB: Compression gauge, for 10 / 12 / 14mm sparks.
