The hardness can be individually adjusted using the air pressure. This requires an air pump for shock absorbers
available from motorcycle or bicycle accessories stores. Such a pump is capable of the pressure vessel
Can be filled with up to 20 bar.
Under no circumstances should the pressure be regulated with a tire pressure gauge; this will destroy the shock absorber.
